Janine Johnson is an Associate Lawyer at Tailor Law, where she focuses her practice on family law with a particular emphasis on child protection cases and complex parenting disputes. She has extensive experience representing parents and guardians in high-conflict matters involving decision-making responsibility, parenting time, and Children’s Aid Society involvement. Janine is known for her ability to navigate emotionally charged situations with professionalism, compassion, and strategic insight.
Janine has been called to the Bar of Ontario and has appeared before the Ontario Court of Justice and Superior Court of Justice on a wide range of family law matters. Her litigation experience is complemented by strong negotiation skills, allowing her to advocate effectively both in and out of court to achieve fair, practical outcomes for her clients.
In addition to her family law practice, Janine assists clients with estate planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and powers of attorney.
