Daniel Boiani

Daniel graduated from the University of Toronto in 1987 with his BA, and from Osgoode Hall Law School with his LLB in 1990, after which he was called to the Bar for Ontario in 1992.

Daniel started working as a student at law with Kostyniuk and Bangay and completed articles of clerkship, assisting senior counsel with insurance and family litigation files, as well as managing and conducting litigation files independently, both in Small Claims and in Superior Court. Later, as an associate, he conducted settlement conferences, motions, and trials in civil and family matters.

Daniel started his own private practice in partnership in 1995 and has been actively serving the Greater Toronto Area in family law ever since. Daniel is a member of the Toronto Lawyers Association and Canadian Bar Association, and his primary focus is on family law, including separation agreements, pre-marital contracts, cohabitation agreements, custody, access, child support, spousal support, property division, child welfare matters, Mediation/Arbitration, trial advocacy, independent legal advice, and divorces (contested and uncontested). 

Daniel has appeared before the Landlord Tenant Board, Social Benefits Tribunal and Criminal Injuries Compensation Board, and can also assist with the preparation of wills and powers of attorney. Daniel brings many years of valuable experience to the Tailor Law team.
