Erick Zepeda Mckinlay

Erick Zepeda Mckinlay attended the University of Toronto where he received his Honours Bachelor of Arts majoring in History, and minoring in Political Science and Italian studies. After completing his undergraduate degree, he completed his Master of Arts at the Middlebury College Language Schools, at Middlebury College, in Vermont. Upon successfully obtaining his Master of Arts, he then attained his Juris Doctor, from the Faculty of Law, at the University of Ottawa.

Erick successfully completed his Articles of Clerkship at a primarily litigation focused firm. He has appeared before the Ontario Small Claims Court, Ontario Court of Justice, and the Superior Court of Justice. Erick is a certified family mediator and has completed collaborative training.

Erick is a member of the University of Ottawa’s Alumni Mentorship Program. He is also a member of the Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, at Collaborative Divorce Toronto. He is also a member of the Mississauga Appeals And Property Standards Committee, at the City of Mississauga.
